The house is perfectly positioned right on the foreshore at Queenscliff with kids bedrooms and a rumpus area located on the lower level constructed in blockwork veneer and living, dining, kitchen and parent accommodation located at first floor level to maximise the views.

 

The upper level is in lightweight construction and is clad in “Scyon” synthetic weatherboards to give it an informal feel and to reduce maintenance.

 

A sheltered swimming pool area has been provided at ground floor level for days when it is too windy to make the short walk to the beach. A double garage and art studio have been provided at this level also.
