This extension and renovation was a redesign to bring a previous renovation up to current requirements for more generous living spaces, zoning for family living and sound control and to provide a close connection to the new pool and landscaped garden.

 

A new entry was added, a carport, the stairs redirected, voids sealed and living spaces consolidated and extended.

 

All bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry were refitted and repainted. Allowance was also made for wheelchair access on the ground floor. The result is a beautiful and elegant contemporary home updated for the families growing requirements.
