The Villa is punctuated by a double height void linking the entry to the outdoor spaces. The Bedrooms are placed on the second floor, freeing the ground floor for public interaction. Once again, the living and entertaining zones are placed at the rear to maximise views over the golf course and to the neighbouring Boluvampatti Forest.
