The Garden Court project is located in Ascot Vale in inner urban Melbourne. It is a medium density housing project being built by a private developer.

As the name suggests the underlying feature of the design is that the houses each have access both physically and visually to garden courts but the planning is compact with the houses being joined to each other so there is very little wasted land.

The accommodation provided in each house is either 3 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with study or 4 bedrooms. Each house has garaging for 2 cars.
