Rawdhat /

This is an interactive building with an envelope that enhances the street, creating a lively façade that echoes the movement of people passing by. Plants growing on the sun shading devices at the Western face of the building improve thermal comfort within the units in an attractive neighbourhood. Residences are able to control louvers for privacy as well as ventilation.

On the other face of the building, a unique pattern of material punctuate the façade, creating a barrier for privacy.

Eight stories of two and three bedroom apartments each providing views toward the city and its surroundings.

Proposal 2 /

Four stories of duplex apartments and four stories of single level apartments.

Both proposals accommodate 2 levels of underground carparking.
