This reinforced concrete building was originally constructed in 1907 and was used as a warehouse.

It was extensively renovated in 2006 to provide office tenancies and bathroom accommodation on each of the five levels, new lifts and entry foyer on the ground floor and the addition of a transparent glass entry.

As the building was on the register of Heritage Victoria the renovation had to be strictly in accordance with their guidelines.

The result gives a very contemporary feel to a building which was constructed over 100 years ago.
